HAVE AGAIN: The country breakfast with bacon, hash browns, biscuits and gravy was very good...well actually excellent. Great service NOT HAVE AGAIN: The scrambled eggs were pretty tasteless. Not sure what happened. The cinnamon roll with frosting was ok, but not one I would order again - too lightweight.
Love this place we come back every year! Staff is always welcoming we love this place I wouldn't change one thing about it! Food is like home cooking !! We eat here every time we're in Twain Harte. Yummy food and their homemade sausage is so good. We always buy some frozen to have at home.
Due to the good reviews, we decided to try it for breakfast. It's a small cozy place with a friendly staff. We were tended to quickly. Ordered coffee and breakfast. My friend got their homemade sausage which was really good. We both enjoyed our breakfasts. We were headed to the lake and ordered sandwiches as well. They packed them nicely, knowing that they had to travel with us on our hike. Overall a cute place in a cute town. I would definitely stop here again and order their homemade sausage.
Family trip to Twain Harte. This place was BUSTLING but thanks to swifty staff, we had a table in 15 minutes. Avocado toast was delicious. Kids loved the food. Coffee as expected. Fun, divey vibe in downtown next to shops and other restaurants. The bar looks interesting.
